Session Times & Location

All sessions will run out of the Key Stage 1 (KS1) Hall for both drop-off and collection.
Breakfast Club: 7:30 am – Start of the school day
After-School Club: 3:10/3:20 pm – 6:00 pm

Pricing

Breakfast Club (Inc breakfast and/or a morning snack)
7:30am - 8:00am (Early Start) - £6.82
8:00am - 8:40am - £6.82

After School Club (Inc high tea and/or afternoon snack)
End of school - 5:00pm - £13.64
End of school - 6:00pm - £20.46

Note on Collections: Due to staffing logistics, we are unable to offer a separate or reduced charge for pickups occurring before 5:00 PM.

Please note that these rates will be reviewed at the end of March.

Key Information & Bookings

Childcare Vouchers: We are pleased to confirm that we accept childcare vouchers for all sessions.
Booking Commitments: Current bookings will be locked in until the end of this half term (Easter) and will be invoiced accordingly.
Ad-hoc Bookings: We will consider last-minute bookings on a case-by-case basis, strictly subject to availability and staffing ratios. Please note that we are currently at capacity for Breakfast club on a Thursday morning and After School Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you require these sessions please email and we will add you to a waiting list.
For those who have booked / emailed previously, if you have not yet specified your required session times, please email us by Sunday, February 22nd 2026.
