BPA Bees is our busy, buzzy, community-minded PTA. 
We are parents, grandparents, teachers and members of the local community working together for the benefit of the school and its pupils. We welcome anyone in the community to join with us to help raise funds for Billingshurst Primary Academy. We are always looking for new members to make new ideas come to life. We raise funds for the school so our children can benefit from extra resources and experiences that the school budget does not allow. We organise fundraisers throughout the year for families and the local community to enjoy. These include: quiz nights, craft events, designing Christmas cards, Christmas trugs raffle, a sponsored Welly Walk, and our giant Summer Fun Day.

All the money we raise goes back to the school for trips that support learning, music lessons, playground equipment and outdoor learning resources, special events for year 6 as they sit exams and then prepare for secondary school, and big school-wide improvement projects. In recent years we’ve been delighted to give the school a whole new library, a sensory room, and new furniture, furnishings, and gardenwork that create better learning spaces. We’re currently working alongside the school to find the best possible options for Early Years’ outdoor learning so they can get outside whatever the weather!
